Create separate virtual tours for specialty programs, like medical schools and law schools.
Use props to stage each space beforehand to ensure it looks it’s best.
Feature panoramas near iconic locations on campus, like mascot statues, well-known buildings, or sports venues.
Directional hotspots connect two nearby panoramas to each other. You can also add interactive hotspots that activate video clips and photo slideshows.

And we know how to stage each space so it looks warm and inviting online. Whether you are a small local hospital, or a regional/national brand, we can design a virtual tour solution for you.

Hospital rooms don’t have to look cold and uninviting. We’ll dress it up with flowers or balloons, add some pillows, or place a laptop on the table to show that you’ve got WiFi.
Don’t forget the interior and exterior gathering spaces (cafes, gardens, chapels, etc.). They are important for family members who may be visiting.
Add a directional map, so patients and families can easily find you.
Window views are important. We use HDR photography to ensure the panoramas show both the inside and the outside – like your real eyes would see it.
Hospitals are notoriously cluttery. Before we shoot the photo, we will work with you to make sure the spaces are clean, clutter free, and set up to look their best.
Add a call to action, so it’s easy to contact your admissions or management team.

HDR photography allows event planners to see both inside and outside.
Room dimensions and technical specifications allow event planners to match each space’s panorama to it’s size
A campus map rendering helps with way-finding, and quick navigation from one building to the next.
We’ll work with you to organize the panoramas however you wish – by space type, location, size, etc. – then create an easy way to navigate from space to space.
A splash/help screen introduces event planners to your virtual tour, and explains how to use it. Drone aerial videos work great in splash screens!
Event spaces can be set up in a variety of ways. We can photograph it empty, or set up for a banquet, meeting, presentation, or exhibition.
An integrated directional map helps event planners understand your proximity to the airports, nearby hotels, restaurants and other activities for convention attendees.

Senior Living

Staging each panoramic scene at a senior living community is vital because this will be someone’s home.  Our photographers pay attention to the little things, and are experts at setting up each space with props like pillows, flowers, games, and food – then arranging residents and staff around the camera to make the facility look amazing. Our designers can then put it all together in a virtual tour that’s easy to explore.

For regional or national brands, we will create a master template to use for all your virtual tours.
Every scene has a focal point. We will place the camera near that to ensure it becomes the hero. And we’ll pay attention to the little things, like arranging food in the bistro, setting the tables in the dining room, or adding flowers and magazines to the resident rooms.
Text can be hard to read for some seniors. So we’ll add buttons to adjust the text size to make it a bit easier.
We love to stage residents in the panoramas! Just make sure they are willing to participate, and ready to smile – because they will be the stars of the scene.
Big, clickable thumbnail images make navigating from panorama to panorama easy for future residents and their families
When done right, a panorama can capture both the physical space, and establish an emotional connection.
